Workplace stress is the physical, mental or emotional pressure that may arise when work demands become difficult to manage.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to the present moment and noticing what we are experiencing.
It can begin with something simple

Sound awareness means intentionally bringing our attention to the sounds we can hear in the present moment. Rather than analysing the sound, we simply listen and notice.

What are singing bowls made of?

Singing bowls are commonly associated with Himalayan and contemporary sound practices and are now used internationally in meditation, relaxation and sound-based practices.

From vibration to sound

How is sound produced?

When a singing bowl is played, the bowl vibrates. These vibrations create sound waves that travel through the air and are heard as sound.
